A Picture of My Dream

This photo was taken through Turning the Page’s Literacy through Photography program. We were so inspired by this, and other participants’ photographs, that we wanted to share them with the world! This blog is about giving those children, most from low-income DC neighborhoods, a voice and an outlet to share their lives and dreams. The way these children see the world, has opened our eyes and hearts. We’ll also share other art projects, photographs, and stories (not just by children!) that we believe inspire people to look at the world a little differently.
